Important Update: Cancellation of Harmony in the Hollow Music Festival

Dear Harmony in the Hollow Community,

We regret to inform you that, due to the latest weather forecasts predicting significant rainfall in the upcoming days, the conditions at our festival site are expected to become muddy and, as a result, unattainable for our guests, vendors, and performers. The safety and comfort of everyone involved are our top priorities, and under these circumstances, we believe it is in the best interest of all parties to cancel the event.

Refunds & Whimsy Witch Season Pass Option

We understand the inconvenience this may cause and want to offer a straightforward process for those who have already purchased tickets. You will have two options:

​

1. Full Refund: Expect a full refund within the next 30 days. We appreciate your patience as we work through this process to ensure everyone is accounted for.

2. Whimsy Witch Season Pass: Alternatively, if you would like to continue supporting our events and enjoy what we have to offer throughout the season, we are offering the option to convert your ticket purchase into a Whimsy Witch Season Pass. This pass will grant you access to a series of exclusive events and perks we have planned for the rest of the season.

To select your preferred option, please fill out the form below. We ask that you make your selection by March 20th. If we do not hear from you by this date, we will automatically process a full refund.

We are deeply saddened to have to cancel the festival but believe it is the responsible decision given the circumstances. We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved and hope to welcome you back under better conditions in the near future.
